Come view the moon, planets and deep space objects at the Mingo Creek Observatory. Scheduled public Star Parties are provided by the Amateur Astronomers of Pittsburgh and are completely free and open to the public - no equipment needed! Star Parties begin at dusk with safe solar viewing beginning approximately two hours before sunset. Observing will take place as long as there is a partly clear sky.
