A Quest to raise funds for the urgent renovation of accessible parking and building entrance for Burgettstown Community Library. This is an immersive, themed events that transports attendees into a magical, otherworldly, or fictional realm. Attendees are encouraged to dress as member of fae courts, nobles, or mystical creatures, although not necessary. Must Pease tie. 21+. Includes grand feast, limited themed cash bar, legendary costume contest, and wonders untold.

As part of the growing lineup of “PicksBURGH” activations, P3R will host a PicksBURGH Draft Day 5K, a one-time race experience taking place Saturday, April 25, the final day of the NFL Draft.

The race invites local residents and visiting fans alike to run or walk through the North Shore and Downtown, crossing iconic bridges and taking in skyline views while immersed in the energy of one of the city’s biggest sporting events. The course will finish in the heart of Draft Day action.

Come view the moon, planets and deep space objects at the Mingo Creek Observatory. Scheduled public Star Parties are provided by the Amateur Astronomers of Pittsburgh and are completely free and open to the public - no equipment needed! Star Parties begin at dusk with safe solar viewing beginning approximately two hours before sunset. Observing will take place as long as there is a partly clear sky. The Pittsburgh Wrestling Classic, dubbed “The Rose Bowl of High School Wrestling,” is the most prestigious high school all-star wrestling meet in the United States. This first-class event recognizes high school seniors who have had stellar wrestling careers, offering them an exciting competition in a USA versus Pennsylvania meet.

The Wrestling Classic consists of three dual meets. This is the third consecutive year The Classic features a Women’s PA All-Stars Team. This year, both the women’s PA All-Stars and the men’s WPIAL All-Stars will compete against the women’s and men’s (State TBD) All-Star Teams. The women’s dual begins at 3:00 PM and men’s at 4:15 PM.

The feature match showcases the “Best of the Best” high school wrestlers from across the United States to challenge the reigning Pennsylvania State Champions at 6:00 PM. Each year, approximately 2,500 spectators from across Pennsylvania and the tri-state area attend the event and thousands more watch it, via live stream, over the internet.

The Wrestling Classic is produced by a local organizing committee of volunteers, along with support from the Wrestlers in Business Network – Pittsburgh Chapter. The proceeds from the Wrestling Classic support wrestling programs for underserved children at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania.

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at one of the largest St. Patrick's Day Parades in the United States. This year's St. Patrick's Day Parade will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2026 beginning at 10 a.m. in Downtown Pittsburgh. The St. Patrick's Parade begins at the intersection of Liberty Avenue and 11th Street, then continues on to Grant Street, where it turns right onto the Boulevard of the Allies. From there the parade proceeds to the Reviewing Stand at Stanwix Street. It will then disburse at Commonwealth Place.
