    At this time, we know many local businesses are struggling to cope with the loss of business due to the pandemic. As their business is predominantly online, their business has not changed! You can still get all the crafting supplies you could want.     This family-owned place in the heart of Southpointe has great food and service. All menu items are freshly made with the best ingredients in season. You won’t find a microwave oven here. You can still get takeout or delivery via Grubhub during their updated hours.

    Their updated hours are currently Tues-Sat 11 am-8 pm and Sun-Mon closed.

    CrossRoads Physical Therapy is your premier full-service physical therapy private practice. Their staff is trained to efficiently rehabilitate a variety of conditions.     Al’ an Rubens Bar and Grill – Washington, PA


    Al an’ Ruben’s is a cozy bar and grill proud to serve food prepared by award-winning chef, Al Collins. Located in Washington, PA, Al an’ Ruben’s has a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and savory food. Currently, this restaurant is only open for take-out service but is providing a full menu.

    A Finelli family-owned, casual, rustic restaurant found in Washington, PA that serves fresh, original, homemade local fare made from imported ingredients.     This coffee shop was the 2019 Best of the Best award recipient via The Observer-Reporter, and we know why. This veteran-owned business is constantly giving back to the front line workers (and they make an awesome cup of coffee). Now offering curbside pickup, delivery, and convenient online ordering!     We’re sure we can’t overstate the importance of a great haircut, and we know you probably miss it too! Salons may not be reopening for a while, but you can still pamper yourself on their website. They have a full line of hair-care products and tools to keep your glam until you can get back in the salon chair. You can even purchase a gift card to use later.

    The Beach House Restaurant is a home-style restaurant located on Route 88 in Finleyville, PA. Open daily from 7am-2pm daily, serving both breakfast & lunch. In March, they switched to takeout only during these hours.

    Heisler’s Market is a family-owned and operated business. They have a deli, fresh produce, frozen foods, prepared foods, a bakery, and more! They now are providing priority shopping from 7 am-7:30 am Monday-Saturday and can prepare curbside pickup for you consisting of prepared foods, small grocery orders, and even beer & wine!

    Arlecchino Ristorante – McMurray, PA

    Arlecchino is the sister restaurant of Cento Anni Alla Famiglia located in Allentown on the south side of Pittsburgh and has been in McMurray for over 4 years. Currently, this restaurant is providing dinner takeout Tuesday-Thursday from 4 pm-7pm and Friday-Saturday from 4 pm-8 pm. You can also find their Alla Famiglia sauces at your local Giant Eagle.

    Originally in Shippenville, PA, this winery has been in their family for 5 generations in the western Pennsylvania countryside. Many of their locations may be closed, but you can still purchase wine, sorbet, and flavored vinegar and oils from their website!

    Erin’s Fine Foods – Ross, PA

    Established in 2004, Erin’s Fine Foods has been serving up tasty and unique catered dishes for weddings, showers, dinner parties, and special events for the Greater Pittsburgh community. The upscale but homey Deli is both comfortable and classy. But it is the food that draws the customers back to the Deli for breakfast, lunch or just to take out coffee and a pastry.

    This family-owned apiary in Southwestern Pennsylvania offers pure kinds of honey and beeswax from hives located throughout our local area with specialty honey sourced from trusted beekeepers. They also offer syrup, gifts, and sometimes honeybees of your very own!

    Franklin Inn Mexican Restaurant – Pittsburgh, PA

    Henry and Sue Cibula purchased the Inn in 1978, and in 1980, they began to specialize in Mexican food. Over the years the Cibulas have traveled to Mexico, learning from Mexican cooks and restaurants. They are now offering online and phone orders for a limited take out menu.

    Everyone has a Mad Mex close to their community in the Pittsburgh area, and for a short time you can even experience the gobblerito (their famous thanksgiving-inspired burrito) again. Online ordering and catering is still happening!

    Wigle Whiskey Distillery – Strip District, Pittsburgh

    Wigle is a family-owned and operated distillery started in December of 2011 and opened to the public in March 2012 after two years of lobbying to change the state laws to allow for an on-premise model of craft distillery to exist in Pennsylvania. There are many locations around the city, but for now, you’ll have to order their variety of liquor (and maybe a t-shirt or two) online.

    Gaucho Parrilla Argentina – Cultural District, Pittsburgh

    This casual Argentine restaurant was in the middle of reopening at a more robust location when the stay-at-home order took effect. Unable to serve their amazing variety of steak, veggies, and traditional sides, they would be grateful if you went on their website and bought any of their locally-produced apparel or gift cards.

    HIP at The Flashlight Factory – The Mexican War Streets, Pittsburgh

    Originally a factory built in 1887, the full building was purchased in 2010 by a family that runs SMARTSolutions Technologies and HIP at The Flashlight Factory on the premises. HIP is a very cool space that hosts some of the coolest holiday parties, art events, and weddings in the city! (Laura’s own wedding included)
