• PRICE - generally, Condo inspections are less than traditional home inspections.

• INSPECTION PROCEDURE - the inspector may leave off some major items (such as the roof or foundation) that the HOA may cover. Every unit is unique, so be sure to have a conversation with your inspector beforehand!
