Incorrect Address - put street/drive/avenue after the main road name....it will prevent confusion!
All Caps - STOP YELLING AT US - use mixed case
Tenant-Occupied - this does not mean the owner still lives at the home - it means that there is a tenant in place paying rent on the property.
Wrong Seller Info - seller’s information needs to go on the Sales Agreement anyway - save some time and make sure its correct!
Wrong Measurements - just. be. honest. Buyers will see the rooms anyway - so use the right information.
