So..it depends!

Benefits:

👍You will know what buyers will potentially find on the home inspection report & can address and fix any issues before even listing!

Disadvantages:

👎Once you know of an issue - you MUST disclose that issue

👎You may not know what will truly matter to a buyer - so you might be fixing things that are not necessary or important to the buyer of your home.
