We LOVE digging into the Real Estate numbers in our area - and here's an interesting gem we found...
We found that in all Western PA counties, 0.1% of the population bought or sold real estate in August.
What was even more interesting is that in all 5 counties we looked at, the % of the population that moved was nearly identical and nearly spot on to 0.1%. Super cool, right?
