⁉️Is the Listing Agent Allowed to Call My Lender?

We get this question a lot!

The PA Home sales agreement does permit the home seller's representation to request a status update on the loan...so YES! They are allowed to call your lender.

Your mortgage lender won't (or shouldn't!) give out personal information such as your credit information or income information. 👍
