Summertime Cocktail Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Sprite

  • 1.5 ounces Vodka

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

  • 1/4 Cup Cranberry Juice

Instructions:

  1. Fill cup with ice.

  2. Measure and add all ingredients to the cup and give a slight stir.

  3. Enjoy!

Zucchini Chips Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 zucchini, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.

  2. Wash and dry a zucchini, then slice into thin rounds

  3. Place the zucchini on a lined baking sheet then pat dry

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes

  5. Brush the tops of the zucchini with olive oil

  6. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the tops of the zucchini

  7. Place the zucchini into the oven and bake for 1 ½ hours or until crispy and lightly browned

  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
