Watermelon Punch:
1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
2.5 oz Watermelon Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Cucumber Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish with Watermelon Wedges, Lemon Wheels, and Cucumber Wheels.
Crockpot Chili Cheese Dip:
Ingredients:
1 can chili
⅓ cup pinto beans
1 16oz block of cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup salsa
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Toppings: Pico jalapeno, green onions, etc.
Instructions:
Combine chili, pinto beans, cubed cream cheese, cheddar, salsa, chili powder, and cumin in a slow cooker. Stir, and cover.
Cook on high for 2 hours, then pour into a serving bowl.
Top with pico, jalapenos, green onions, and toppings of your choice.
