How's the market?

We get this question ALL the time - but lets look at it from a different perspective. 

Our team's transaction count has been higher than it was at this point in 2021 - that's GREAT news!

But how many homes do you think the average (national) agent sells in a year? Would it surprise you to learn that the average is 12 houses in 2021?

For Pittsburgh's market in 2021 - the average per agent was less than 5 houses per year. Eek!

Would you work with a surgeon who does less than 5 surgeries per year?! Probably not.

Experience MATTERS. Get with an agent (like us!) that knows what they are doing - PLEASE! It will save you money and headache!
