So, how does it work?
Let’s say you want to rent (or maybe continue renting) but you can’t find any quality properties available for rent. You want a traditional, single-family home with a yard. OR, maybe you want to purchase a home, but aren’t quite able to for various reasons. YET another possibility: You’ve been transferred here for work, but you know you won’t be here long — months to a handful of years. You don’t want to rent an apartment or live in a duplex. This is where Home Partners comes into play.
Are you qualified?
They take several factors into consideration. First, you must have a combined income of $50,000/year and a credit score of 550. They will also consider your rent-to-income ratio, debt-to-income ratio, rental/housing history, employment history, criminal history, and overall credit score.
